Hi Friends, painting in a group online is a powerful way to explore your own creative process with support and also to integrate other non-ordinary state experiences.

This 2.5-hour hosted session is being offered one week after the GROF Breathwork Hawai’i retreat and is a complimentary integration tool for holotropic breathwork sessions.

Here is a ready-to-order shop with some supplies that you can order. But you are fine to work with what you already have (I do!).
